Russell Crowe's new flick

Here's a sneak peek at new cowboy movie 3:10 To Yuma. The film, which is due out later this year stars Hollywood bad boy Russell Crowe and American Pyscho hunk, Christian Bale. 3:10 to Yuma (I really just don't get the name, if you can shed any light, let me know) tells the tale of an outlaw (Crowe) who is awaiting a train to go to court in Yuma. A small time rancher (Bale) agrees to hold him captured, but a battle of wills ensues as the outlaw tries to psych him out. Not too sure of the plot, but I'd imagine it's one that I'd have to see to totally get it. More pics after the jump

He turned Baz Luhrmann down for this?

wow...i didn't know crowe still made movies! hope he checked his ego at the door!
Probably just another lame/tame remake of a classic.
"3:10 to Yuma" was a 1957 film starring Glenn Ford and Van Heflin...the two men are awaiting the 3:10pm train to Yuma, Arizona...taking Ford to trial.
You've got the plot. ;)
Thanks L Maltin
I think the title of the remake when it's released will just be "Yuma"
Nothing lame looking about this trailer. I can't wait to see it. I love westerns, good ones at least, which this promises to be, what with Bale, Crowe and Mangold involved.
