Paris Hilton has been transferred back the Lynwood detention facility, the same jail she was released from last week. Staff at the Twin Towers facility, where Paris has been under observation in the inmate medical ward, feel her condition is stable enough for her to be transferred back to her original jail. She is currently being held in the medical wing of Lynwood where she will be evaluated before a decision is made on whether or not to send her back to her original jail cell, which was in the specials needs section of the jail or to another cell.
