Was the D.A.'s wife on probation for driving under the influence when she was pulled over for driving on a suspended license? I didn't think so. Pay attention Nicky, Paris is in jail because she violated her probation handed down to her because of her DUI. If she hadn't had that extra mojito and hopped behind the wheel of her Bentley there wouldn't have been any probation. Is that so f*ing hard to understand? Stop b*tching about Paris' sentence, she earned it all on her own and stop comparing it to other people's sentences and judgments when you don't even understand the facts. More pics after the jump!

Nicky Hilton needs to get her facts straight. Yes, Paris is not in jail for DUI, but for violating her probation. She was busted for driving with a suspended license not only once, but twice. In addition, part of her probation was to attend alcohol education which she decided not to do. I guess she figured she did not have to follow the rules.

The facts are: Paris is being treated "special" because of her fame. Paris Hilton is being treated unjustly because of her fame: Paris Hilton is famous LOL. She's paying the cost because of her fame. Yeah she broke the law but last time i checked we all do in some fashion every now and then and just don't get caught. And for the most part he world doesn't care. So stop stealing small stuff from the job. Haterz juice is available at your nearby kitchen!
Paris Hilton is being treated just like any other law breaker who decided to disobey the courts.
She was on probation and she flauted disobeying the law many many times but was only caught twice. Didn't do her AA or signed up for them...she thought she was better then the rest us or above the law. When use have that attitude, the courts are going to let you know who is in charge.
Like she said, she assumed a dumb blond role, and it came back to bite her.
