Is Scientology behind the release of Paris Hilton?
It turns out that Sheriff Lee Baca might in fact
be a Scientologist or at the very least a Scientology endorser. He's pictured above at the 2004 Hollywood Christmas parade with Sofia Milos, a Scientologist.
This would explain his friendliness towards celebrities.

Isiah Washington has been fired from the hit show "Grey's Anatomy" after a turbulent season in which Washington hurled a gay slur at his co-star, T.R. Knight, effectively outing him.
TV Guide's Michael Ausiello reports that "There was a pattern of problematic behavior going back before he used the F-word," says my spy. "I imagine [his dismissal] was the result of all of that."
I'm not into the show but there is a pretty rabid fan base, what do you guys think?

This mysterious advertisement declaring that "We Love Paris" is appearing in major newspapers around the United States this morning but what does it really mean?
Is it reference to the Darling Family of Peter Pan? Paris does/did have a dog named Tinkerbell.
Or is the Television network ABC using the notoriety of Paris Hilton to promote their new show, "Dirty Sexy Money?" The show premiering this fall stars the fictional "Darling Family," a wealthy New York family who in fact love vacationing in Paris, France.
I personally think the hillbilly "Darling Family" of the Andy Griffith show are using the Paris Hilton trial of the century to draw attention away from Mayberry so they can descend from the mountains and wreak havoc on the quiet little town.

After being told she could phone in her court appearance, Paris Hilton has been ordered to appear by Judge Michael T. Sauer.
She is currently in custody and en route to the court house now!

As Paris Hilton
partied rested at home on her *cough* 'sick' bed last night she had some most welcomed visitors attention. Among those visiting was sister Nicky Hilton, who appeared to be quite distraught and her Unkle and Aunt. Although I'm sure as Paris sits at home quaking over her 9am court appearance this morning (friday) she feels quite glad to have received some support, as no-one else out side her family circle is.
This is turning into quite a circus. Paris should have just gone to jail when requested, done her time quietly, and then just got on with life. But that's not the Paris way is it? Never fear though I have a gut feeling this is the one time Paris won't get her own way.
