We spotted Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo yesterday leaving the 101 Cafe in Hollywood, CA, on the day her co-star Isaiah Washington was fired from the show. She speak to Ryan Seacrest on his show, which airs on KIIS-FM here in Los Angles saying:
