TMZ has confirmed reports that Paris Hilton is sufferers from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and claustrophobia, which lead to her freakout at the Lynwood Correctional Facility and subsequent reassignment to house arrest and electronic monitoring. Someone must have forgotten to tell the prison staff about Miss Hilton's medical needs because she was not receiving her medication while locked up in the Lynwood Facility. In other Paris Hilton news, during her phone call to Barbara Walters, Paris claimed that she has found God while in the pen.

"My spirit or soul did not like the way I was being seen and that is why I was sent to jail." "God," she said, "has released me."

I think Paris just set the record for using the "finding religion" prison cliche, something like 5 days and she's seen the light, cleansed her spirit and communed with God? That has to be new world record. In even more Paris Hilton news, not only does Paris lead an expensive life in the free world, but she can even rack up the bills behind bars. According to TMZ, to house Paris Hilton costs 10 times what it costs an average inmate. While the average cost per day for a female inmate is $99.64, it costs the state $1109.78 to keep Paris Hilton behind bars. Due to Paris' illnesses and special status she is receiving medical attention along with the extra staff necessary to keep an eye on her. The cost for an ankle bracelet monitor during house arrest? Zero. The cost of the bracelet is levied on the wearer. Take that taxpayers!
