OMG, how did I let this happen? During the hi and lows of Paris Hilton's jail trip and Britney's restraining orders, I have completely missed out that Mel B has bagged herself a new boyfriend! (hope your getting a huge whiff of my sarcasm here!). Considering she has just popped out another man's sprog, Scary Spice has done pretty good . It's great to see Stephen Belafonte likes Mel so much he's willing to take on a baby. Also with a child maintenance battle about to break out with ex beau Eddie Murphy, she may need all the support she can get. But last night Eddie seemed to be the last thing on her mind, and with the Spice Girls tour soon to commence it seems Mel B is feeling a bit more flash with the cash. She enjoyed drinks at the Baglioni Hotel before moving onto Wellington Club. Hopefully her new cash flow will see her being able to buy some shoes that don't look like doggy poo bags! When Britney needed to find her mom today to serve her a set of legal papers, who did she turn to? Splash News. She spotted our photographer, who has covered Britney through the years, and sent her body guard out to get some information. Britney and her bodyguard knew her mother Lynne would be with younger sister Jamie Lynn, who had a photo shoot today, but didn't know where the film set was. Our photographer made a few phone calls and found out that the shoot was taking place 40-minutes outside of Los Angeles in Valencia, CA. With that info Britney and her bodyguard hopped in her car with her two kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and headed on their way.

Paris Hilton has landed in Hawaii, Maui to be exact, two days after her release from prison. She arrived incognito wearing a brown wig and straw hat. She also arrived alone. That means no entourage, no Nicky, no family members, and no boyfriends. I wonder what Paris has planned? I hope she realizes that just because Hawaii is an island, located 3000 miles off the coast of the United States that it is still in fact, a US state and under the same rules and government. Britney Spears has just served her mom with what we think is a restraining order but has turned out to be a legal letter, warning her mother to stay away from her kids. The relationship between the mother and daughter seemed to be on the rocks with Britney blaming her mom Lynne for sending her to rehab. Also on mother's day this year, Britney didn't even bother to visit her mother in the hospital, who was suffering from pneumonia. Britney has also been upset that Lynne has been visiting her kids while they are in the custody of her estranged husband Kevin Federline. Stay tuned! More to come! Update: Britney Spears got into a public argument with her mother Lynne Spears on the set of her sister Jamie Lynn's photo shoot in Valencia, CA today as she handed her mother the legal letter. Britney reportedly visited her attorney this morning to have a letter drawn up to bar her mom from seeing her kids, then packed her two kids Sean Preston and Jayden James into her car and drove the 40-minutes to Valencia to deliver the papers in person. Proving that communication had officially broken down between mother and daughter, Britney's bodyguard had to ask photographers if they knew where sister Jamie Lynn's photo shoot, a huge sign that something was up. This can only get worse and is further proof that the Spears family have entered the Lohan zone.

Way back when Lindsay Lohan crashed her car and was busted for DUI, police found a "usable amount of cocaine" in her car and now the toxicology reports are finally in and TMZ has the exclusive story.

According to multiple law enforcement sources, toxicology reports conclude that Lohan, 20, had “nearly twice the legal limit” of alcohol and traces of blow in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb.

Lindsay Lohan is still in rehab having opted to extend her stay for some more treatment but she could be in for a shock when she gets out and has to appear in court. Lets hope she gets the Paris treatment. Picture by London Entertainment
