I am slightly complexed by this story that has just come in about Lindsay Lohan getting sued by a man who says she crashed into his lorry outside The Ivy in October 2005. The main reason I'm confused is because usually when someone takes sooooo long to suddenly decide to sue a celebrity it's because they are asking for ridiculous amounts of money. But wait for it...this dude is only asking for $3,624 in damages from the star! This guy is either very very honest (while also slow for taking so long to claim) or he is just really s*ite at math. Does he know how much the chic is worth? £3,624 to Lohan is a meal and a shopping trip with pals, I mean you couldn't even buy two Chloe dresses with that.

Model stroke now designer Kate Moss looked very slender in skin-tight flared jeans and a black vest yesterday as she made a trip to the offices of Topshop in London. Kate has been causing quite a stir among the Splash team as many comments have flown round she looks too skinny in her ad campaigns and even on the Topshop website. Thus promoting an unhealthy view towards weight for girls that aspire to look like her. Is the UK still heading towards the so called dream American size 0.
