Sean Stewart has finally been arrested and charged with attacking a couple with a brick. When I first saw the headlines for this I thought 'seriously is he carrying bricks around in his pocket looking for some poor sod to pick on?' - then I remembered it was him and his pals throwing hissy fits for not being allowed into a party. Boo hoo.
26-year-old Sean Stewart, was charged with four felonies, including two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of vandalism and one count of throwing substance at a vehicle (who knew that was an arrestable offence?!)
Next time you are looking for someone to throw things at Sean, may we suggest you look closer to home?

Oh I just love Hollywood! So much scandal! Check this guys - Kevin Federline is going to be a DAD AGAIN - and he doesn't yet know it! Britney Spears's estranged husband is allegedly having another baby with his ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson. Jackson is seven-weeks pregnant and hoping that the baby will re-unite her with the failed rapper, according to U.S reports. But nervous Shar has reportedly not yet told Federline she is expecting. Did she think K-Fed would swallow it better reading it via a mag?
Shar, 31, got a positive result from a home pregnancy test, which has been confirmed by a gynecologist, Star magazine reports. "Britney's going to freak - she'll see this as a slap in the face," an insider told Star. "Shar wants to tell Kevin, but she keeps getting cold feet. She's really scared of what he'll say - if he'll be excited or furious. After all, with her two and Britney's two, he's got his hands full already. It would be Shar's dream for them to get married and have another baby. She'd love to be living the family life with Kevin."
Federline, 29, courted Spears while Jackson was pregnant with his second child. The pair have two children, daughter Kori Madison, and son Kaleb Michael. Spears and former backing dancer Federline married in September 2004, and have two sons together, Sean Preston and Jayden James. The couple split in November 2006, with Spears filing for divorce soon after.
"Britney will be devastated. The mere mention of Shar's name when she and Kev were married used to make her fly into a rage," an insider told Star. "She wanted Kevin to have as little to do with her as possible. Britney wonders why Kevin is hooking up with Shar when there are thousands of women out there," another insider said. "Britney has always been suspicious of Shar's motives. She thinks Shar is after the spotlight, and she'll warn Kevin to make sure the baby is his."
UPDATE: Shar has spoken to Us Weekly and stated that she is not in fact pregnant with K-Fed's seed. I was really hoping for speculation to move on to Britney's other ex-husband Jason Alexander, but Shar is not pregnant at all. Doh!@#$

Jailbird Paris Hilton may have found God - but she has lost her talent agent. The disgraced hotel heiress was dropped by agency Endeavour after she was thrown back in the slammer on Friday. A rep for the firm refused to divulge the reasons behind the decision, but confirmed: "Paris is no longer a client."
Endeavour, based in Beverly Hills, has worked with Paris since 2005 and handled her deal for reality show The Simple Life. The agency also helped her expand her brand with a fragrance line, endorsements and an acting role in House of Wax. But a source told American tabloid magazine US Weekly that the troubled socialite "just wasn't worth it". "There was a lot of tension between Paris and her agents for a while," the source said. "Her legal messes have totally consumed her, and she was always a difficult client.
The goal was to make her the Martha Stewart of her generation. It just didn't work out that way." The decision was apparently announced in a company-wide e-mail.

Larry Birkhead said he offered an olive branch to Anna Nicole Smith's mother - but she turned it down. The photographer, who showed off baby Dannielynn to US talk show host Larry King, said he told Virgie Arthur she could come over and see her granddaughter, but Virgie has continued to fight him and is dragging him back to court to try and win custody of the baby girl.
Birkhead, who took Dannielynn home last month after he proved he was her biological father, said he did not know what Virgie wanted. "She's already been told by a higher court that this was a waste of time, if she wants to be a grandmother, I've told her before... bring the cookies over, come over, whatever, call, I'll welcome her"
Larry met Anna Nicole Smith's mother at the Kentucky Derby, said he had tried to keep an open mind about Virgie - despite Anna Nicole's negative comments. "At first I thought maybe she just wants to be a grandmother, I knew Anna had differences with her and I heard a lot of the back story. I'm the kind of person who likes to give people a chance, but when someone's sitting, fighting you in court, you think maybe their colours are different than what you first thought. I'm the father and nobody should have the right to take her away from me."
Birkhead and Arthur are expected to return to court in the Bahamas next month.

Paris Hilton's aunt says the socialite's arrest has been the toughest thing she has ever faced. Kyle Richards said she was "shocked" that her niece was jailed for a "minor" offence. Kyle, Kathy Hilton's sister, said news of Paris's jail sentence had rocked the whole family.
"This has had such an enormous impact on our entire family, no one could ever have imagined going through something like this. I would definitely say it's been the hardest thing since losing our Mom, extremely painful." she told Fox News presenter Greta Van Susteren. She added: "You're just kind of in a daze and you can't believe that this is happening over such a minor thing. I'm not saying 'minor' with the DUI, because obviously that's a big deal, but it's not about a DUI - it's about driving with a suspended license.
Kyle described her niece as "sweet, kind, gentle and thoughtful" and said she had spoken to her since Judge Sauer sent her back to prison. "She's also in shock about what's happened with the press and how big this has become, but she just wants to be able to come out of there and have people think of her more as a human being, which people don't. They talk about her like she doesn't have feelings."
She added that she would not wish her niece's fame on anyone. "At times it can be flattering - maybe more so in the beginning when this all started happening," she said. "But the level of fame now... I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy."
