Not surgery, if that is what you are suggesting...that be just his body shape. Looks like mid age is making the work out harder, that is what happens with men in their 40's they still look good but it is harder to maintain the six pack if you are not consistently working out, me thinks Georgie is not consistent.

All men our age have a six-pack...under the fat. Pilates, George! Pilates! ;)

In the second pic his torso does have a sad face on it. Work that out George.

Has he ever had well-defined abs?

I don't think I've ever seen him take his shirt off on film... otherwise what's the point?
