From a legal standpoint - she had a very clear case on several points. They should not have used her image, photo, likeness, etc. without permission, not for advertising purposes. Furthermore, the 'insinuations' of her mental character are inappropriate. I am glad that they were taken down. It's just not necessary. Yes, she's a media girl, putting herself (all of herself) out there for the paparazzi, etc. but that's her career. Advertisements which are derrogatory in nature, done without permission, is not something - in my opinion - that her actions have warranted.

as much as i dislike her i think advertizers have no right to use images of her for profit and without her permission especially. now, if she got a decent cut or take, and signed off on a contract, then okay. but not this way. it's easier to dis her on blogs like this and just as effective. they were just exploiting the whole "crazy Britbrit" scene. not funny. well sort of funny. funnier would have been a vag shot or tit shot with the caption(s): "we've opened up about as far as we can go. now it's your turn!" or "it really sucks when you're looking at the big ones but know it ain't goin' to happen." or: "my ass is on the line for you babes. talk to me." lol! i'm just suggesting.
