After a night on the twon promoting wife Angelina's new movie "A Mighty Heart," Brad Pitt took the newest edition ot the Jolie-Pitt clan, adopted son Pax, to the International Pediatric Center in New York City this morning. Don't think anything is wrong, probably just a general checkup, no need to sound the alarm. Pictures by James Ambler

i can beleive this - i mean they cant even take their kids to the doctor without the freaking media --- gosh let the live - and have their privcy

Man that boyguard is getting his money's worth, practically wrestling with that person in the pink shirt. Damn. No wonder Brad and Angelina have to carry the kids all the time...absolute chaos.

I think it's sweet and very funny that they dressed cute little Pax up in a little prison frock to dis Paris and her current incarceration. Those Brangelina's sure are current on world affairs, aren't they? Always making the political statement and now passing their causes and convictions on to their kids. sigh! You've gotta love 'em.
