Paris Hilton was lucky to hit Villa when she did last night. Right before she showed up in a yellow headband and a maxi dress, Benji Madden was seen leaving just minutes before. Even if they're on a break right now, it's better to avoid awkward encounters! I'm sure the night was still slightly uncomfortable, since Rick Salomon (Paris's sex tape co-star and ex-boyfriend) was seen at the hot nightspot. Avril Lavigne and her rocker husband Deryck were also seen hanging out with Paris.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star headed to a meeting this afternoon in Beverly Hills with some Louis Vuitton luggage in tow.
Dressed in all black, except for her tan heels, Kim was blessed with a light breeze that stopped all the paparazzi in their tracks.
