Nobody would ever convince me that being rich and/or famous doesn't get you out of trouble. If Paris Hilton
gets even ONE day reduced of her 45 day sentence.... either someone got paid off... or someone is bucking to the
intense pressure she and her rich family has created. I'm sure her "richy daddy" has powerful connections and has gotten help in finding this excuse of an out for his daughter (with the needed cooperation of the sheriff). For once a judge has finally put his foot down and sure enough by hook or by crook they will find a way to get her out of jail... or get it so reduced that it will be a joke.
I would think twice before doing this, because as of now we all believe it's how much you have and who you know that determines justice (especially in the Hollywood area)....and this would just solidify that belief all the more.

She better not get transferred. Michelle Rodriguez also violated her probation from a DUI and she never got transferred either. The law is supposed to be equal and not make examples of people either. Since they didn't transfer Michelle, and they let her out after serving just a few hours, the same thing better happen to Paris as well b/c both of them had the exact same circumstances. It wouldn't be right or even justice to treat Paris worse than Michelle got treated.

Yeah I think they should send here there! I knew someone once who got I DUI in Phoenix and had to go there. Never drove drunk again. That place is hardcore. Teach her a lesson. Otherwise she'll just go and do it again.
