Well, to be fair, on the first episode of Idol after the incident, she said she hadn't broken her nose and that she was fine. She played it off as much more minor than it had originally been reported as.

I saw another video where she showed that she had bruises all over her arms and body from falling. How do you get bruises on your body from glass in your nose?

I think she was telling the truth, however I dont think she broke her nose, she herself said she just tore some cartilidge.

well she did say she tore her cartliage in her nose, and on the red carpet she showed her bruses that where not covered up by makeup, and if she cut her face with glass you would have seen the cut or stitches, you can hide the bruse.
