Paris Hilton gave an almost tearful statement outside of her West Hollywood home.
Paris was handed a 45-day jail term at the end of last week for violating her probation.
So the thought of the heiress going to jail at all is a wacky one. But the thought of someone not knowing they had a suspended license is crazy.
Paris believes her jail sentence is 'cruel' and says she does not deserve it.

Yes, she does deserve the sentence for the fact she did break the law......she'll probably only serve like a hour or so like Rodriguez did.....its just nice to know even with money the law still stands in effect!

If this was you or me they would have thrown us in jail on the 2nd time they pulled us over. She's gotten way to many get of of jail free cards because of who she is. She's finally getting the same punishment and treatment as us.
