Check out the Grand Canyon on Lindsay's forehead! At just 20 years old it looks like Lindsay's nightly partying and her 'habits' shall we say are taking their toll. Those lines are so deep she could store snacks in there for winter! And more worryingly she isn't even frowning, tut tut tut, will Lindsay Lohan be borrowing Paris's internet directions to the surgical center in Beverly Hills?
