Reportedly Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has cried everyday he's been incarcerated in a Panama City, FL. jail, which has been for the last 32 days (how has he not been shanked yet?). It seems the other inmates are really getting to good old Joe. On top of that, it is claimed that the former porn baron is doing so poorly that he may even try and take his own life:

"I started freaking out and screaming, I couldn't breathe," said Francis. "I don't think I can handle this on a long-term thing--I'm not a criminal."

Wait, you're not a criminal? Then why are you in jail? Why are you facing charges of underage girls in your videos? Why are you facing tax evasion charges in Nevada? Why did the courts have to issue a bench warrent for your contempt of court charge? Sounds like a criminal to me. Would anyone really miss this guy?
