Former Spice Girl and alleged Eddie Murphy baby momma "Scary Spice" aka Mel B aka Melanie Brown says she's ready to take Murphy to court to prove that he is the father of her baby daughter.Mel B gave birth to Angel Isis Murphy Brown last month and claims Murphy is the father, which he denies.

"He's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate," Brown told People magazine. So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it."

Larry Birkhead and his daughter Dannielynn are safely back in Kentucky and spending time with his family. The two took off from the Bahamas yesterday and look forward to some quiet time at home. The Kentucky Derby is this weekend so I am looking forward to seeing Dannielynn enjoying her first "Run for the Roses" with a big, wide brimmed hat, a virgin mint julep in one hand and a ticket stub for $500 bet on the 4-1 favorite "Street Sense" to win in the other.

Jennifer Esposito has filed for divorce from her husband Bradley Cooper just 4 months after they were married. Some of you may be shocked, SHOCKED I tell you! that they are breaking up but if half the crap I have heard about this guy is true, I'm surprised it lased 4 months. Remember the douchebag character he played in "The Wedding Crashers?" Well, let's just say that it didn't take much "acting" by him to pull it off.

I know what all of you are thinking, "Hey, that's American Idol's Sanjaya Malaker's mom taking a hit from a bong!" But hey, let's be fair, it could be a water pipe or a hooka and his mom, Jillain Blyth, could be just taking a hit of some nice flavored tobacco. But as this photo was taken in March, in a Hollywood club where one can't smoke anything, and she was sentenced to 12 months of community supervision as part of her felony conviction on drug charges back in 2005 and she must remain drug free, it's probably what we all think it is.
