UPDATE: Thats right mother f*ers! Paris Hilton has been ordered to spend 45 days in jail for violating her probation. She is set to start her sentence on June 5th which leaves plenty of time to plan and throw an around the world going away party with stops in Tokyo, London, New York and Vegas! The cheeky socialite admitted that she was not above the law but blamed her mistake of driving on a suspended license on her publicist Eliot Mintz, claiming he told her, her license was only suspended for 30 days. Wait! Things only get better!!! The judge was announced that Paris will not be granted work release furloughs, placement in an alternative jail, or electronic monitoring similar to house arrest. God I love this country sometimes, if only she had to lose a hand too. She will probably file an appeal so stay tuned. Paris Hilton has finally showed up to court, 17 minutes late! Which is fine if you are attending a party or a red carpet event but court? At least she's dressed appropriately and decided to cut back on the eye makeup. Please God, I'm begging you, throw her in the SHU. Make this happen and beers at Naja's are on me!

It has been a day since this video of an intoxicated David Hasselhoff hit the internet and the entertainment news shows. The video shot at his request by his 16-year-old daughter 3 months ago in Las Vegas, shows The Hoff stretched out on the kitchen floor shirtless, inebriated, and struggling to eat a hamburger. The Hoff asked to be filmed so he could see what he looked like in a drunken state. Now that we have all had a chance to laugh and let out a few tears, The Hoff has released a statement.

"I am a recovering alcoholic. Despite that I have been going through a painful divorce and I have recently been separated from my children due to my work, I have been successfully dealing with my issue. " Unfortunately, I did have a brief relapse, but part of recovery is relapse. Because of my honest and positive relationship with my children, who were concerned for my well-being, there was a tape made when I had a relapse to show me what I was like. I have seen the tape. I have learned from it, and I am back on my game. I hope that someone else will learn from the tape, as I have. I thank God for the love and concern from my children."

We ran into The Hoff's estranged wife and hottie Pamela Bach who refused to comment on the video as I'm sure there will be some legal implications to its' release but while we were watching the video The Hoff refused to let it get to him and went about his business and continued his run, starring in The Producers.
