Boy does this man get around! Splash spotted Brad taking a Pitt stop from his hectic family life in Old Montreal Canada! The super Dad looked eccentric (and a lot like my Grandad) on the set of 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'. Passers-by barely noticed the A-list actor as he sat and drank coffee wearing shades, a cloth cap, cheap jeans and a suspect jacket. Pitt spent the day traveling around the city being filmed walking and hanging around outside coffee shops. Much of the main filming for the production was completed earlier this year in New Orleans where Brad and girlfriend Angelina Jolie purchased a home together.

I know he isn't exactly a celebrity but Los Angeles Lakers owner and father of Jeanie Buss (link Not Safe For Work), Dr. Jerry Buss has more than enough f*ing money to hire a limo but instead he was arrested early this morning and held on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Police in Carlsbad, CA (outside of San Diego) pulled over Buss after he was spotted driving the wrong way, across the double yellow line.

"Although I was driving only a short distance, it was a bad decision and I was wrong to do it," Buss said in a statement issued by the Lakers. "It was a mistake I will not make again."

Did Buss turn on the TV, pick up a newspaper or log on to "the internets" at all this weekend and see Lindsay Lohan's epic DUI? Do rich and famous people really think they are above the law and can do what ever they want? Drugs and alcohol have long been a problem in Hollywood but now it's putting the lives of the public in danger when these celebrities get behind the wheel. Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Eve, Ty Pennigton, Mel Gibson, Rip Torn, Tracy Morgan, Haley Joel Osment, Lane Garrison, Ray Liotta, Michelle Rodriguez, Cynthia Watros, Vivica A. Fox, Black Eyed Pea Taboo, Mike Tyson and Busta Rhymes have all been busted for DUI offences (drugs, alcohol, or both) within about the last year, give or take a few months. Did I leave anyone out? (besides professional athletes, otherwise we'll be here all day)

Does Halle Berry love the pregnancy rumors that start swirling every time she steps one in one of these loose and flowing dresses? Yesterday we spotted her picking up some cheese and a fruit tray at Ralph's Supermarket in Malibu while wearing a flowing tunic dress. Things are getting messy for Brandy concerning her car accident back on December 31st that killed Awatef Aboudihaj and injured Mallory Ham. Not only is the husband of Aboudihaj, her mother, and two children already suing Brandy but now Ham has filed a lawsuit claiming Brandy drove recklessly and seeks unspecified damages. Brandy in turn is counter suing Ham, claiming it was Ham who caused the accident. The California Highway Patrol state that Brandy failed to slow down causing the 3 car accident that killed Aboudihaj.
