Reality TV show host Ty Pennington, you know that guy that made ladies swoon when he swung a hammer on "Trading Spaces" and now screams incessantly into a bullhorn on ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" was arrested last Saturday for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Two misdemeanor counts were filed and is scheduled to appear on June 4 and could face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
I know I am going to take a lot of heat on this one but I watch "Extreme Makeover" every Sunday night. I am absolutely obsessed by this show. I don't know what it is about it but I stop whatever I'm doing or race home (even though I have TiVo) to catch it. Maybe it's all the people ABC and Sear's are exploiting for ratings and sales or the fact that their reactions when they see their new home can't be faked. Or it could be that I am such an awful human being at times (cancer jokes anyone?) and since I'm not exactly the most religious of people and I use the show as form of repenting for all of my sins.
I like to think it's that and not that there is an 14-year-old girl inside me trying to get out.

Tom Sizemore was arrested in Bakersfield, CA on Tuesday and charged with possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. It seems a buddy of his got into it with a hotel clerk about their reservation and when police arrived they found Sizemore, who is already on probation for a previous drug offense, showing signs that he was under the influence. A search of the car turned up a couple of bags of meth and a pipe.
Sizemore was convicted of of methamphetamine possession in October 2004 and he was later stripped of his probation after he admitted to using a prosthetic device (
possibly this?) to fake a drug test and failing to be checked for drugs every three days. After several tearful pleas and postive drug tests Sizemore was placed on 3 more years of probation.
Sizemore also convicted of domestic violence in 2003 involving his former girlfriend and Hollywood Madame Heidi Fleiss.
I think this is it for Tom. If any of you have seen "Shooting Sizemore," you know that Sizemore is a mess. I don't think he can cry his way out of this one.

Well, not much has changed for the party girl as she was hospitalized in Las Vegas after a wild night
she was recently rushed to Las Vegas’ Spring Valley Hospital when friends feared she may have overdosed on drugs. Emergency room doctors ruled out an overdose but discovered she’s had far too much to drink. “She’d been out partying with a bunch of pals at a nightclub and was really wasted, totally out of it,†said an insider.

Paris Hilton says she's not above the law and is ready to face her punishment - yeah right!! Days after claiming 'its not my fault' Paris has issued a statement through her attorney Richard Hutton. Hilton says:
"After reading the media's coverage of my court hearing, I feel the need to correct what I believe are misperceptions about me. I absolutely realize how serious driving under the influence is. I could not live with myself if anyone was injured or killed while I was driving while impaired. Clearly, no one should -- no matter how slightly"
Oh I'm weeping into my keyboard for you Paris - honest my fingers are slipping from the keys - NOT! Get on with girl and stop issuing silly statements, it's not going to save you from the taste of iron!

Lindsay Lindsay Lindsay! Stop frowning girl, did your mama never teach you that's a major no no in the world of Hollywood in their fight against wrinkles?
Although Lindsay was probably trying to keep her eyes open after the busy day she had. She started her morning in a cream dress for a recording of the Martha Stewart Show, then ran over to record the Late Show which concluded with her in black dress and then it was over to host the Nylon Party and to bust some moves on the red carpet in a blue dress! (and breathe)
Note the badly put on fake tan at the end of the slide show! Woops!
