Laguna Beach bad boy Jason Wahler has finally done something right with his life, he has checked himself into rehab at an undisclosed location according to People.com.

"Jason's in rehab, and he's getting help," the unidentified relative explained. "He's doing well, and he's going to be a new man."

A new man? What are they going to do? Give him a brain transplant? Dude is out of control and he needs more than just rehab. I still think jail is the next stop for this guy.

It's so nice to take a few days off of work and then come back to a great set of photos like these of Amanda Harrington. I don't know who she is except that she is a UK "model" but does that really matter? I think these photos tell me everything I really need to know about her. A few days ago Splash and UK Newspaper "News of the World" brought you the photos that allegedly show Lindsay Lohan and a female friend snorting cocaine in a Los Angeles area night club. Today her lawyer, Mike Heller, is striking back claiming that her so-called friends had sold the footage to the UK paper.

“This just goes to show how hard it is to be Lindsay Lohan, who’s even denied her privacy in the sacred confines of a ladies’-room stall and then must fend off the slings and arrows of false allegation.”

Heller refused to confirm that it was Lohan in the video and pictures but didn't he just do that? Lohan has been denying all week that it wasn't her but why is her lawyer now making a statement? Why, according to "Life & Style" magazine, is Lohan calling up Kate Moss for advice on handling the situation, if it isn't her?
