Home made porn tapes and ranting voice mails aren't the only things that can come back to haunt you, Public Service Announcements urging your young fans not to drink and drive can do the same thing. In this short PSA filmed backstage at the Y100.7 Summer Splash event in Sunrise, Florida, back on May 25, 2005, the guys from the band Simple Plan along with DUI crash survivor and current Promises rehab vacationer Lindsay Lohan ask you not to "drink and drive" and to be "safe." Maybe she should have taken her own advice?

Shock horror folks, Lindsay Lohan's dad is opening his own rehab center - aiming at people exactly like his hard-partying daughter. Michael Lohan has been working with actor Stephen Baldwin in raising $15 million for a rehab facility (that's meant to be aimed at rich and poor alike) in the Hamptons, the New York seaside playground for the rich and famous. Ironically news of the center comes at the exact same time as his own daughter entered rehab after a wild weekend that was totally over the top even for her standards. Her dad, who only recently left jail, says he is trying to get permission from his probation officer to travel to California for a heart-to-heart with his daughter. Michael insists that since leaving jail on assault charges his life is now being led by newfound religious devotion. It is that new faith that linked him to Stephen Baldwin, himself also a one-time hard partying star who is now devoted to God. So here's a shout out to Paris! If you need a rehab break this the place you and your bible can really chill out!

Oh Paris, these are dark days for you! Painting a big grey hard heart all by yourself, a psychologist could have a field day with that I reckon! With just over a week to go before she heads off to do her 45 day jail stint the glum starlet spent her afternoon at Color Me Mine in Beverly Hills, with her sister Nicky, Nicky's boyfriend David Katzenberg and an unidentified male friend. The group spent over an hour painting various items and Paris seemed particularly engrossed in painting a ceramic bear. More pics after the jump

The Brat Pack at the moment are making Britney look like a saint. Quick Britney if you wana keep your media stats up you need to gain a driving affence, a jail sentence or give that rehab another call! I jest, but seriously Britney is looking pretty damn great compared to the other loser starlets taking up the scene at the moment. Britney practically skipped to her car after visiting a shop in Beverly Hills. Smiling from ear to ear, she appeared out of the back door in a short skirt, white high heels, blonde hair extensions and a scarf to her waiting convertible Mini Cooper. Then she proceeded to chew her nails whilst driving in her car back to her palatial Hollywood Hills retreat.

Our great team of Mischa searchers spotted the freshly hospital released Barton in a sketchy part of LA yesterday. Mischa and a friend parked and waited for half an hour outside an apartment building for her sister Hania to appear. While waiting Mischa grooved to the car stereo a bit and then applied some makeup. After her sister showed up they all went round the corner to a gas station mini mart to grab some munchies. Another exciting day out!

It seems lack of driving skills and lack of brains go hand in hand in Hollywood at the moment. The monster munch that is Nicole Richie left her car to get a ticket as she zoomed off in her friends vehicle after having her dot sized nails painted in Beverly Hills. Richie was parked in a 3 minute loading zone for 3 hours while she drove around looking for her car keys before she finally found them. The starlet didn't seemed to phased by her parking ticket as she just drove off with it on her windshield. Probably one to add to the pile for her accountant to deal with. More pics after the jump
