Christ how does Cam do it? I have only had the energy to go to the gym once this week, and Cam practically goes everyday. Mind you she doesn't work nine to five and then have to battle the London city transport system so I guess she has more time!

We spotted Lindsay Lohan and her entourage leaving their downtown hotel in New York City. It's been a busy day for Lindsay, she's cooked up a storm on the set of Martha Stewart's TV show,
being sued by a paparazzo for allegedly running him over in her moms car, and been seen
making puppy eyes at Calum Best. Glad to see she's taking in plenty of fluids to help her through her busy day.. so what's in the bottle?

Perez Hilton isn't the only one being sued today! A suit has been filed against Lindsay Lohan in New York by a paparazzi that claims Lohan injured him last March. Photographer Giovanni Arnold claims he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" when
Lohan hit him while driving her mother's car. Arnold is suing Lohan along with her mom Dina for "negligent, careless and reckless with the vehicle, causing him personal injury and economic loss."

We just served Perez Hilton about an hour ago with the Federal lawsuit as he sipped his coffee and tapped away on his blog at his Coffee Bean HQ on Sunset Boulevard.
Perez could only manage a cheesy smile as the Federal Court server handed him the papers.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, real name Mario Lavandeira, was smacked with a multi-million dollar copyright infringement lawsuit in court two weeks ago, but he then has to be served by a court official personally - today.
Five celebrity photo agencies Bauer-Griffin, Flynet, INF, London Entertainment and yours truly Splash warned Perez last December to stop using our photos without payment and credit and of course you all know he didn't!
So the man that claims to be making $800,000 dollars year from advertising revenue, getting 4 million unique visitors a day, and gaining fame and fortune through numerous television appearances by using our pictures is finally going to have to answer in court.
The suit filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles, CA was handed to Hilton while he typed away on his own blog at his "office" The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Sunset Boulevard.

We spotted an incredibly upbeat David Hasselhoff leaving Gladstone's Fish Restaurant in Malibu, Ca just a week after he lost his visitation rights to his children when that notorious drunken video of him hit the web.
He thanked his friends and fans that have stood by him and more importantly that "the truth will come out."
