Sylvester Stallone pleaded guilty to charges that he brought banned body-building supplements into Australia. Back on February 16th, while in Australia for his Rocky Balboa promotional tour, Stallone was arrested after a search of his luggage and hotel room turned up 48 vials of the human growth hormone (HGH), Jintropin, a restricted muscle-building hormone.

"I made a terrible mistake, not because I was attempting to deceive anyone but I was simply ignorant to your official rules. I feel terrible that my breach of the rules has set a poor example to members of the public, whose opinion I cherish dearly."

Stallone who was not present in court could face up to 5-years in prison and $91,000 in fines Stallone has claimed that he was taking the HGH to cure an ailment or injury. How convenient that a body-builder would have an injury that only steroids could cure.

I hate magicians. I get this creepy pedophile vibe from those guys that stand on stage in white gloves pulling rabbits out of their hats to a crowd of wide-eyed kids. What else can they hide in there? 9-year-old boys? Condoms? Chloroform? But what I hate more than magicians (and clowns) are illusionists. David Blaine is a creepy smug dude but this guy, Criss Angel is the worst. Everything from his awful Jersey guido persona, unwashed hair, creepy whispering "Are you ready" intro to his show "Mindfreak," to the awful way he leers at woman like he is hiding in a tree with binoculars or peeking underneath a bathroom stall. Need proof? Look at how he is staring at Drew Barrymore below. Need more? Remember these photos of Paris partying with him? Yeah, scary. But Cameron Diaz out partying with him Vegas? The only things I can come up with to explain this are: *She's been hypnotized *She bumped into him and he followed her around like a lost little puppy dog *He's a rebound guy (notice I said "a" not "the," there could be a few) *Diaz isn't picky The only good that could come of this, is Angel could magically make her or the both of them disappear for ever.

Is there trouble brewing between Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher? Is the age gap finally catching up with them (It's 15-years in case you were wondering)? According to Star Magazine, Kutcher is fed up with Demi's demanding ways from his social drinking to his sexy costars.

“Demi seems very controlling. She likes to tell Ashton what to do, too – stand here, meet this person, do that. She wears the pants in that relationship.” According to a source Ashton desperately wants a baby, and has to deal with the possibility that Demi will likely never bear his baby.

Has the threat of spending 45-days in a Los Angeles area jail or working on a chain gang in Arizona knocked some sense into Paris? Over the last week we have seen her working out with her trainer who has also been instructing her in self-defense classes. It looks like Ms. Hilton doesn't want to be anyone's Hammer "prag" while on the inside. Also you may have noticed her public activity has changed quite a bit. No clubs, no partying and a much more demure attire. According to The Sun newspaper in the UK, Paris has been asked to stop acting like Paris.

"Paris' attorneys have insisted she live like a nun. She has been strictly advised to stop acting like a Hollywood brat and appear more humble as they battle to keep her out of jail. They have ordered her to show a judge she has some humility and social responsibility if she is going to have her sentence reduced on appeal. That means no booze, no parading round in skimpy outfits, no partying. She's got to stick with her family and take on a healthier regime."

Is anyone taking Paris' act seriously? Is anyone with any governmental power going to buy this? I guess at the very least we will get to see if all those acting lessons have paid off.

Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have spli and apparently it was two months ago. Denise Richard's rep tells In Touch magazine that they didnt make the split public "because they lived through public divorces and it was very painful." Hmmm...Nice that she kept her split from Sambora quiet even though she dragged her best friend Heather Locklear through the mud when she stole Sambora from her. Nice job Denise, I hope stabbing your friend in the back was worth it.
