In the latest bid to help with her comeback, has Britney Spears turned to the needle for injections of the vitamin B-12?
"She was calling around for a doctor to give her a B-12 shot," an insider told the New York Daily News.
"A doctor shot her up before the show."
B-12 can help with decreased energy, fight fatigue and shortness of breath. It has long been popular among Major League baseball stars who need an extra edge to get on the field every day (
along with a few other things)
You know what else works Britney? Sleep. You should try that along with not partying, I bet if you did those two tings you would feel like a new woman.

While Paris Hilton continued to hone her acting chops by perfecting her "
sad and resentful Paris" role while out shopping at Book Soup yesterday, we spotted this guy standing outside.
This guy is exactly how I picture the typical Paris Hilton fan in my head.

After reportedly breaking her nose when she tripped over her pet chihuahua, we spotted a sobbing Paula Abdul hopping into her limo to head over to the Hollywood and Highland shopping center to bravely continue with her American Idol duties.
Is it just me or is Paula really milking this? And did anyone hear her slur through her interview on Fox last night?

Jessica Alba tried to talk her way out of a ticket to no avail (not enough cleavage maybe?) while driving home from a work out in West Hollywood, Ca. She was driving home from the Angel City Gym when she was pulled over for having no license plates and heavily tinted windows.
Alba tried to blame the paparazzi but the astute police officer didn't fall for it. He allowed her to drive a few blocks away to escape the prying paps but still gave her a ticket anyway.
I bet the cop gave her a ticket out of spite for forcing "The Fantastic Four" movies and "Into The Blue" upon us.
At least she drives a hybrid.
