Two weeks ago I told you that Tom Sizemore had been arrested on methamphetamine charges in Bakersfield, CA and today he pleaded not guilty to 5 felony charges and 1 misdemeanor. Lets hope for Tom's sake he's not guilty because this is probably his last strike.

Beware all you California drivers, as if the roads weren't dangerous enough with all the California drivers on it, British import Victoria Beckham is one step closer to getting her drivers license having taken the written part of the exam. There was a rumor this morning that the father of Oprah Winfrey was planning to release a tell-all book about his daughter infuriating the queen of daytime television. Well, it looks like it was just a rumor as her father, Vernon Winfrey has denied that such a book is in the works (although he is open to the possibility).

“There is no book,” he told TVGuide.com’s Ileane Rudolph...We might think about it later on."

Do you think good old Vernon got a phone call from his daughter, one of the richest and most powerful women in the world, detailing the destruction she could unleash upon him at a minutes notice if such a book were in the works? Better not f*ck with Oprah, her pimp hand is strong.

Lindsay Lohan's parents, Michael and Dina, were back in court today in Westbury, Long Island to discuss the visitation rights for their two other kids Ali and Dakota. Dina is thought to be fighting to prevent her ex-husband from seeing their youngest kids (not a bad idea). Lindsay has supposedly cut all ties with her estranged father but if either of these two kids are to be normal, not only should they not be in contact with their dad but I think they should be taken away from Dina as well. Partying at Hollywood nightclubs with your underage daughter is not exactly the image you should be presenting your children. Make sure to watch the videos after the jump!
