The Mean Girls star crashed her convertible Mercedes Benz, just off Sunset Boulevard, at around 5.30am, following a night of partying with friends. Despite fleeing the scene of the crime, Lindsay was placed under arrest and issued with a citation for DUI and a preliminary court date of August 24 has been set. A police spokesman also confirmed a "useable" amount of cocaine had been found in Lindsay's car after the prang. They went clothes shopping at Trico Field in Soho where they bought a birthday shirt for Kingston which read "Good life begins at 1" to wear at his birthday party in the West Village.
