Drew Barrymore looked amazing last night at the world premiere of Lucky You, which was part of the Tribeca Film Festival. Dressed in a vivid green dress, with a electric yellow clutch bag, her cute charm showed why she won World's Most Beautiful by People mag. Naughty Eric Bana couldn't keep his eyes to himself either!
