Set in northern Australia before World War II, an English aristocrat (Kidman) who inherits a sprawling ranch reluctantly pacts with a cattle driver (Jackman) in order to protect her new property from a takeover plot. As the pair drive 2,000 head of cattle over unforgiving landscape, they experience the bombing of Darwin, Australia, by Japanese forces firsthand.Kidman somehow pried son Connor away from the Scientology hands of his father Tom Cruise and has been seen riding around the set on horseback. Isabella goes to Australia, gets an EMO haircut, wears the shortest skirts, paints her nail black, actually hangs out with another girl her age that looks like a friend and actually acts like any 14 year old. Connor goes to Australia, rocks at his stepdad's concert, spends time on his mom's film set riding horses, getting them back to the stables and is having a wonderful experience just like any 12 year old.
If I were these 2, I know where I'd want to be. Screw the weekly soccer and basketball games in LA.
So this is skipping the whole ball and chain saga of Australian history?
oh wow that movie sounds like it will be so good. reminds me of so many wonderful films. gonna see it!
