Updated: The Bahamian court has rejected Arthur's appeal calling it "weak" and ordered her to pay $3,000 for wasting the courts time (ouch!). It seems Arthur and her lawyer fear that Birkhead will not return with Dannielynn for their June 9th court date.
"I'm happy because this is nonsense really," Birkhead told The Associated Press outside the courthouse.
Birkhead plans on returning to the states as soon as Dannielynn's birth certificate is corrected to list him, not Howard K. Stern, as the father.
As expected Virgie Arthur has filed her appeal in an attempt to block Larry Birkhead from leaving the Bahamas with Dannielynn. A judge last week ruled that Birkhead is allowed to take Dannielynn to the US on the grounds he returned for the formal custody hearing on June 9th.

My girlfriend's reaction to seeing a buff and shirtless David this morning, "Holy Moly." Damn you David.

I am absolutely amazined right now. Britney Spending time with her kids??!! Is the world ending? Is she finally smartening up that her kids can't be parked in front of the magic talking picture box (TV to you and me) for hours and days on end? or just a ploy to get the media off her back?

Ashlee Simpson looks fantastic at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party but she really needs to stop with the slouching or forever be dubbed the hunchback of Hollywood.

We spotted Kirsten Dunst doing some shopping in Paris during a break from her whirlwind promotional tour for 'Spiderman 3.'
You think with all the high couture stores throughout Paris, she would try and look less like a hobo. Her lack of style is approaching Britney proportions. .
