Josh Hartnett looks a little exhausted as he meanders through NYC, maybe all that fun he new gal pal Penelope Cruz had on their romantic getaway to the posh Parrot Cay private island resort in the Caribbean's Turks and Caicos last week with wore him out.

Girls Gone Wild creator and all around sleazy guy Joe Francis has been ordered to surrender to Panama City police after missing his Thursday morning court date. Francis had been ordered to appear by noon today to start serving his contempt of court sentence which stems for a 2003 case in which seven women, then underage, sued Francis for their appearance in one of his Girls Gone Wild videos (always keep your clothes on kids and If you take them off, make sure you're not being filmed). It seems Francis offered up a settlement to the chicks and then changed the deal on them, similiar to how the girls in his video start out with a harmless little flash and the next thing you know, they're in hardcore porn.
I wish all the best to Joe Francis. I'm sure he will meet lots of great guys in the pen that would love to "take care of him" for the right price. And if it all works out, I bet he could hire them as his new cameramen.

Who knew John Mayer was actually in decent shape? Has he always looked this good or is this Jessica Simpson's doing?
Mayer is currently finishing up the Australian leg of his tour and we spotted him after a swim on Byron Beach in Queensland, Australia.

Haylie Duff, older sister of teen queen and pop star Hilary, was spotted after leaving her gym, stopping at a liquor store (so wish she bought some Johnny Walker Black) where she looks to buy some gum and then heads over to the Robeck's juice shop next door. Not at all exciting but I am putting this here because Haylie Duff is one lucky *ss b*tch. This is a girl who is only famous because she is riding the coattails of her younger sister, a girl whose sister let her sing backup on a previous album, and a girl whose younger sister let her be in a movie with her is driving a Mercedes S500.Sometimes I really hate celebrities and their unfamous siblings (just in case you can't tell, I am so f'ing jealous)
