Larry Birkhead spent the afternoon celebrating the DNA match between him and Dannielynn by spending some time with his niece and nephew at the beach and in the pool. This must have been a huge relief for Larry, who can finally get back to spending time with his family and getting to know his daughter. 'Hero's cutie Hayden Panettiere plays baseball on the set of her new film 'Fireflies in the Garden' in Texas. The film plot so far from IMDB.com is pretty thin is loosely based on director Dennis Lee's life and "explores the complexities of love and commitment in a family torn apart when faced with an unexpected tragedy." This a huge step for Hayden's career as the film boasts an all-star cast including Julia Roberts, Ryan Reynolds, William Dafoe, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Ioan Gruffudd. More pics after the jump!

Larry Birkhead, the now proven father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn, appeared on NBC's Today Show and firmly stated that he will not be sharing custody with anyone, including grandmother Virgie Arthur as "there is only one dad." Arthur has hinted that she may fight for some sort of custody as she is the only blood relative on Dannielynn's maternal side but Larry has vowed to fight a share of custody because it "would imply that I'm unfit as a parent, which I'm not." He continued:

"We might go from one fight to another, but I'm hoping that's not the case because, you know, there's only one dad, and I have no problem with anyone that has good intentions being allowed to visit the baby and see the baby and be a part of the baby's life."

Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus, is scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Pasadena Supreme Court on two felony counts of gun possession by a convicted felon and transportation of a controlled substance. Snoop was arrested on October 26, 2006 at Bob Home Airport in Burbank, CA on suspicion of transportation of a controlled substance and when Burbank police executed a search warrant of his home they found a gun. Snoop was later arrested again while leaving a taping of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. If convicted, Snoop Dogg could face up to 4-years in prison. Not only does he have a previous conviction of felony drug possession and possession for sale back in 1990, he is still facing charges from his arrest for possession of a deadly weapon at John Wayne Airport after airport security found a collapsible police baton in his carry on luggage. A source has revealed "Angelina feels that now is the right time to take their relationship to another level," a source told the magazine. "She wants to make things official between her and Brad - for them to become a real family, a perfect family." "Brad is more than happy to move forward with wedding plans," an insider said. "He feels they've already waited long enough. They love each other, and they both feel it is important to raise their children in a traditional, stable environment." A pal of Pitt's (art dealer George Nader) even says the star has asked him to research the marriage laws in the country."He asked me by e-mail if I could investigate marriage laws for foreigners - but just that, He didn't tell me they are coming to marry or when they would do it."

Janet Jackson says white, Leonard Salati says black and the supreme court says all shades! Janet has failed to get a multi-million dollar assault lawsuit against her thrown out of court. Salati - who claims Jackson's 'black' bodyguard attacked him at a New York nightclub has been given the go-ahead to sue the chart star for $120 million. Jackson's legal representatives argued Jackson's only bodyguard that night was white. But Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Rolando Acosta ruled that bodyguard Joey Maldonado appears to be Latino, adding: "Latinos come in all shades." Salati had said the men who roughed him up were African-American - and one of them was 300 pounds. Lawyers say the bodyguard was 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds, and submitted a copy of his driver's licence to back up their claim.
