Howard K. Stern has filed a federal slander lawsuit against John O'Quinn, the attorney for Virgie Arthur, claiming that O'Quinn slandered him by suggesting that he was responsible for Anna Nicole Smith's death. Documents were filed yesterday (Friday) in a US District court house in West Palm Beach. "The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas," Stern's attorney, L. Lin Wood, said in a statement Friday. I guess he wasn't joking when he said he was going to go after anyone that had implied he was responsible for her death.

All it takes is a little soap and water, some clean clothes and a genuine interest and love for your children and you will be back on the road back to stardom. Is Jennifer Garner that great of an actress? Not really, she has her string of bad movies/gigs and she had to deal with the pregnancy weight. Granted she didn't marry a douchebag (twice), go to rehab, hang with Paris Hilton, drop her kid, chain smoke, get bad tattoo's, shave her head, and attack the paparazzi but still, every single person that looks as these pictures is going to let out a big "Aaawwwwww..." as in "so cute" not "Aawwwwww" as in "so sad" when they look at you. It looks like Virgie and Larry will meet tomorrow without their lawyers and without the press to discuss what kind of interaction Virige will have with Dannielynn. Virgie is obviously concerned that she will be cut out of the young girls life much like how Anna Nicole cut Virgie out of her life and wants the court to make sure she is involved. Howard K. Stern made a statement that he was ready to transfer full custody to Larry today but due to Virgie's actions, they will have to wait. Stern went on to say that Larry has been spending the majority of his time with Dannielynn, changing diapers, playing and getting to know his daughter.
