Rip Torn has decided not to fight his December 2006 DUI arrest and pleaded guilty. He has been ordered to pay $380 (that's it??) and surrender his license for 90-days. Torn was arrested in North Salem, New York after his car collided with a tractor trailer. He refused a sobriety test and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
In other DUI news, Paris Hilton has been ordered to appear in court on May 4th to answer to charges that she violated her probation by driving with a suspended license. Hilton pleaded no contest in January to alcohol-related reckless driving and as part of her sentence, her license was suspended. She was later stopped and ticketed on February 28 for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license after her car was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard for speeding and driving without her headlights on.
Man I hope she gets jail time.

It is being reported in today's
Page Six that Britney has finally had enough of Larry Rudolph, firing him last Friday and re-hiring her former P.R. Leslie Sloane Zelnick. Britney blames Rudolph for hooking her up with Paris Hilton (who she blames for her partying) along with several other things including her stint in rehab.
Seriously, blaming Rudolph for your partying with Paris and flashing your vag? Is that a joke? I highly doubt Larry turned to her one day and said, "I know how we can save your career and get you back into the spotlight."
Britney: Oh, please do tell, my babies need some more of those new fangled outhouses that you strap to their derrieres and my supply of Red Bull and Newport Lights is getting low.
Larry: Paris Hilton
Britney: Paris Hilton?
Larry: Yes, Paris Hilton. The paparazzi follow her every move and the camera loves her. Not even porn, a dui, or using the n-word has derailed her train. She can do the same for you.
Britney: Gee, that thar is a swell idear. Praise Jesus!
Britney, take some responsibility for your actions, you can't keep blaming other people because you don't know how to act.

Are the Beckham's getting ready for their move to Hollywood by buying some personal video equipment? The couple was spotted in Paris shopping at an electronic store on Posh Spice's birthday.
In Posh's never ending quest to be the most famous person in the world are they hopping on the celebrity sex tape bandwagon? We all know what doing a little amateur porn did for Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, and Kim Kardashian's career (Gena Lee Nolin, Keeley Kazel, and Dustin Diamond to a lessor extent and the jury is still out on former American Idol contestant Olivia Mojica) and here in the states the Beckham's aren't really that famous. Once he makes his first appearance playing for the Galaxy that ends in a 1-0 final we won't care anymore so what better way to become famous and infamous all at once with a sex tape?

Madonna took a tour of the Malawian orphanage, Home of Hope, that she adopted son David from with her daughter Lourdes. Madonna is not there to adopt another child but to do some charity work rebuilding the orphanage and a children's health care center.
If she keeps up the happy family shots and the charity work we just might be able to look past her faux-British accent. Maybe.

You think Lindsay Lohan would let Jessica and Ashlee Simpson steal all the spotlight? Not a chance. Lohan arrived at Winston's Bar in West Hollywood and entered through the back door but when it was time to leave, instead of sneaking out the back she left through the front where all the paparazzi were waiting.
