Howard K Stern files lawsuit

Howard K. Stern has filed a federal slander lawsuit against John O'Quinn, the attorney for Virgie Arthur, claiming that O'Quinn slandered him by suggesting that he was responsible for Anna Nicole Smith's death.
Documents were filed yesterday (Friday) in a US District court house in West Palm Beach.
"The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas," Stern's attorney, L. Lin Wood, said in a statement Friday.
I guess he wasn't joking when he said he was going to go after anyone that had implied he was responsible for her death.
GOOD FOR HOWARD!!! He's been villified in the press...there's free speech and then there's defamation of character...calling someone a murderer is defamation of character.
Make those pigs from texas pay! no, that's not defamation of character cuz virgie and her attorney ARE pigs from Texas! oink oink....Howard's going to bring home some bacon!
Howard is probably looking for a cash settlement. I look forward to him being cross-examined under oath. Do you think it will be O'Quinn that questions him. Interesting. Maybe now Howard will have to tell the TRUTH.
Here's to Howard!! At the very least maybe this lawsuit will keep that nasty, vile, money-grubbing bitch off the television talking trash.
Remember how the Brown's & Goldman's sued OJ in Civil Court for "wrongful death" and won?
A little bird flew in my office window Friday and said, "History will repeat."
I am so happy Howard has done this. I watched Oquinn on television, over and over, blatantly call Howard a murderer! People with any sense at all would know better than this.
The truth shall set Howard free.
MURDERER!
