Yay! I love seeing Jennifer Love Hewitt so happy on the fourth-- you know her track record when the paps are around. As Jennifer and Ross McCall walked over to the usual beginning-of-July neighborhood barbecue, they actually (gasp!) stopped by for Jennifer to wave her flag a little in a patriotic, friendly moment. I love it!
Ross, though Scottish, look like he was loving the 4th as well.

Jaime Pressley rescued the opening of the
Christian Audigier Nightclub at the Treasure Island Resort Las Vegas with her hotness: besides her, there were these super sorry-looking (and slightly skanky) pirates posing it up on the red carpet along with a smattering of other celebs. Jaime definitely gets the prize for the Best Dressed, though!

Kylie Minogue was mincing about town looking amazing, but I think that she was expecting to run into the paps-- after all, she was going to Nobu in Park Lane, London. With fishnets, a black dress, and dark shades, Kylie wasn't slinking into the weekend. After being named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Prince Charles (and getting the award at Buckingham Palace, no less!), she's got to be feeling great this week!

After last weekend's shopping extravaganza for the Hilton sisters, it's pretty refreshing to see Nicky going solo, or at least without Paris this time around. When we caught up with Nicky in Los Angeles, her paparazzi crowd wasn't half as bad. Maybe she could actually buy something this time without getting too overwhelmed.

Nicole Richie was caught relaxing on the beach with friends for the 4th of July-- it's nice to see her chilling out and kicking back. Nicole recently opened up about getting serious being a mom, but that doesn't mean she can't take a break, saying that "I have a responsibility now. I have to really be someone I want my
child to look up to. I think it's important for every child to look up
to their parent. I want to show her the right path."
On another child-related note, this top is not helping pregnancy rumors-- too floaty!
