IRS about to PWN Howard K. Stern?

The company Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc. created by Anna Nicole Smith and run by Howard K. Stern apparrently owes more than $30,000 in back taxes and was put into suspended status by the Franchise Tax Board, which prevents the company from any legal, financial or business transactions. It seems that Stern, listed as the "registered agent" hasn't filed a tax return since the company's inception in 2002. To make matter's worse, Anna Nicole transferred her home in Studio City, California, under her real name Vickie Lynn Marshall, to they now suspended corporation and Stern owes $8,920.54 in property taxes.
As executor of Anna Nicole's estate, Stern is responsible for paying off all of Anna Nicole's debts. Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc was created to manage all of Anna's assets.
Has Stern ever done anything right?
He should sign the $$$ to me. I'll give it back later....honest.
He has a Bahamaian corp. or other offshore account. He has most likely transferred all assets from Hot Smoochie Lips Inc. to that relative new corp.
legally, until her estate is probated, HKS can't be transferring assets....
