Stunning Charlize Theron looked gorgeous as she went shopping in West Hollywood. The actress, in sexy tight jeans, shades and a grey jacket, left the Paul Smith store on Melrose Avenue carrying a Ron Herman bag and showing off her oversized handbag.

The doll, which bears a striking similarity to Smith's idol Marilyn Monroe, has been designed by US doll expert Tina Lia. Personally I think they bear no resemblance - but then what celebrity doll ever does?

This is the African medical centre that is being built with the help of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The Hollywood couple have donated $100,000 to help fund the Duk Lost Boys Clinic which will help save the lives of more than 150,000 people in southern Sudan. The country's civil war, which caused residents to flee in the late 80s, is the story behind Pitt's documentary "God Grew Tired of Us" - which premiered in the US earlier this year.
