The inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel is all set to resume barring a last ditch effort by Howard K. Stern who feels the "process is flawed." 7 women have been selected to sit on the jury and will decide if Daniel's death was accidental, a suicide or a homicide and depending on their ruling charges could be levied on Stern or anyone else the Bahamian government feels is responsible.
Among the 40 witnesses to be called are the hospital staff where Daniel died, Larry Birkhead (who will probably testify that Anna and Howard knew of Daniel's drug use), and Mr. Howard K. Stern himself.
React: 7 women? Stern doesn't have a chance in hell. How many of these women do you think have children of their own? What about their maternal extincts? I am not the biggest fan of Stern's but that does not seem fair to me at all and this process definitely seems "flawed."
Update: Not so fast! Stern has won a temporary stay of the inquest for at least 2 weeks. Stern's lawyer argued that there was no way Stern could have received a fair trial or an objective and impartial jury due to the publicity surrounding the death of Anna Nicole and Daniel (read: loads of bad press Stern has been getting) and judge has agreed. Score one for Howard.

We just got word from the front lines that Britney Spears is on her way back to the hospital. Don't know if it's because of the same toothache that sent
her their there (hurrying never works out) yesterday, a follow up visit, or something else.
As soon as we hear more, I'll let you know.
Update: Britney's lawyer's office is across the street from the hospital, she could have pulled a fast one and popped in there to hammer out a settlement or discuss custody of her two kids.

Our friends over at Us Weekly have written an impassioned plea to Victoria Beckham to wear a bra, something Victoria rarely seems to wear.
I really hope Posh takes this plea to heart. Too many times I have come in to work only to be blinded by her nipples cutting through her t-shirt. Can you guys do the same for Pamela Anderson?

A shy Kelly Clarkson hit the beach in Hawaii and barely dipped her toes in the ocean before heading back to her Hotel.
From the looks of those thighs it's a good thing she kept that dress on.

Okay my theory that Heather Mills had been hording Paul McCartney's money in her spare legs has been proven wrong! Dammit! Heather has been impressing the fans with her dance steps on the hit television show 'Dancing With The Stars', and to keep her on top form it looks like she keeps some spare parts in the trunk of the car. She entered the building with two legs but only left with one.
On anther note - Is it possible that Heather's but is more no exsistant than Nicole Richie's?

Britney Spears was back at the dentist yesterday. She must be under going quite a bit of work, either that or there is a hunky dentist to return for! After a 4 hour visit she emerged looking exhausted but with a smile on her face. This is the second time in the last four days that Britney has visited the same hospital.
