Mischa Barton's style comes at a price - as the star was slapped with a parking ticket on her car. The 21-year-old star of 'The OC' was caught out by traffic wardens as she hit the stores in West Hollywood. When she returned to her black SUV, the actress found the parking ticket on the windscreen, picked it up and drove off. "She didn't seem too upset," one onlooker said. "She looked at it as if to say 'Oh dear, not again' and went on her way."

The Daily Star today claimed that Kimberly Stewart loves British men. Kimberly says " The accents are so hot. It makes them sound sexy and sophisticated. I'd be up for going to the pub with them.
