Larry Birkhead emerged from a Los Angeles courthouse moments ago after asking a judge to compel Howard K. Stern to come to California and submit to a DNA test, finally settling the issue of paternity surrounding Dannielynn.
"We are confident that Howard K. Stern will be submitting to a DNA test here. Howard K. Stern cannot avoid this jurisdiction. If he wants to be the father, he has to put up or shut up. He can't hide behind this fake birth certificate," Birkhead's lawyer Debra Opri said, referring to the Bahamian birth certificate the lists Stern as the father.
Opri is confident that Birkhead will "have his daughter within a month" which I highly doubt, ratings on Anna Nicole Smith coverage are still way too high for it to end now.

Last month Stallone's airplane and hotel rome were raided by Australian police after they found what was suspected to be steroids on one of his staff members and now he is officially being charged with illegally importing performance enhancing drugs.
Customs officials claim they found 48 (!!!) vials of human growth hormone (HGH), an illegal steroid, in a his hotel room, limousine and private jet.
I guess this explains his ability at 60-years-old to get into shape for the new Rocky film and the upcoming Rambo. Now if only they could raid Barry Bonds locker next.

running over people but now her father, Michael Lohan has been released from his Buffalo, NY jail. He had been locked up since June 30, 2005 for second degree attempted assault and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Miss USA Tara Conner and the rest of the 2007 Miss USA Pageant contestants spent the day at Universal Studios Theme Park. For some reason I think that this day would have been a lot more fun if the former
Miss Nevada was there getting wet and wild.
As for a potential winner, I'm going with Miss Tennessee. And I'm basing that completely on looks. I could care less if she works in an orphanage for disabled kids or prays for world peace.

Mischa Barton sure likes em' long haired, be it dogs, be it men. The pretty OC star has reportedly admitted to having a crush on comedian / presenter Russell Brand. Mischa spotted the fellow skinny jean addict recently in L.A and said " Wow, he looks like a character in a novel, I really want to get to know him". I've got a feeling if Russell knew this he'd suddenly want to move to L.A a whole lot quicker.
