There is a report going around that Lindsay Lohan was so scared that her estranged father, Michael Lohan, who has just been released from prison, was going to show up at the club she was DJ'ing at, that she had the owner of Plumm in Manhattan hire extra security to keep him out. I don't know if it is just her paranoia but that is probably the smartest thing she's done in a long time. Have you seen this guy's handiwork? He is out of control. A Bahamian judge has ruled that there will be a DNA test to settle the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn. The judge has ordered all parties to court on Tuesday for the DNA hearing. Amy Whinehouse has made it to Texas for the SXSW music festival and so far all Amy has done is win over crowds and rock the stage. No canceled shows or boozy rumors have made their way to my ears yet but we spotted her making a phone call behind a dumpster in back of the Eternal Club in Austin. Something tells me being behind a dumpster is nothing new for her

Larry Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri has quit! She issued a statement saying "Larry Birkhead and I have terminated our attorney-client relationship effective immediately." Wow, reportedly the two have butt heads often over the last few weeks and speculation has run from the amount of money Opri is being paid to how certain information concerning the case is leaking to the media. Talk about short notice to get a new lawyer.
