With a little help from their lawyers and the Detroit court system rapper Eminem and his estranged wife Kim Mathers have agreed not to bad mouth each other in public for the sake of their 11-year-old daughter Hailie.
Mather's has recently criticized Eminem in TV and radio interviews saying he was unfaithful, uncaring, and not exactly "all that" in the bedroom.
Eminem countered by filing a motion to prevent her from making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory and otherwise negative comments" about him.
So your wacko ex-wife calls you out for being lame in the sack and you slap her with a court order? Em, you deserve it, you married the kook not once, but twice.

Hilary Duff is in New York promoting her new album and after performing on 'Good Morning America' she was off to the MTV studios where she is hosting Total Request (soon to not be) Live all week.
Word on the street is her ex-boyfriend, Joel Madden and his band Good Charlotte are performing on TRL today? Any truth to this? MTV going to give us some great awkward TV moments?

We spotted Mario Lopez having lunch with his mom, dad, and a family friend yesterday. Lopez has been rumored to be taking over the "Price is Right" hosting duties when legendary host Bob Barker steps down this year.
I know Mario doesn't have much going on in the way of work and is still riding high from his "Dancing With The Stars" stint but won't being a daytime game show host kill any chance he will ever have of getting mainstream work?

No foul play? An accidental overdose?

Since when is ritually taking medications, sleeping pills, and drugs resulting in death, "accidental?"

Update: According to the medical examiner, Dr Joshua Perper, the cause of death "was combined drug intoxication" due to the 9 different prescriptions Anna Nicole was taking, all legally. The full list of everything she was taking is below.
Chloral Hydrate - A sedative and hypnotic drug used for short-term treatment of insomnia.
Cipro - A broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic.
Valium - A sedative used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, alcohol withdrawal and muscle spasms.
Klonopin - A highly potent anticonvulsant, amnestic and anxiolytic used to treat anxiety disorders. Can cause dependence or addiction.
Trichloroethanol - An organic compound used as a sedative or hypnotic.
Trichloroacetic acid - A strong acid used as a caustic for removing warts. Small quantities are found in chlorinated drinking water.
Nordiazepam - An anticonvulsant, amnestic and anxiolytic used to treat anxiety disorders.
Temazepam - A powerful hypnotic drug which possesses powerful anxiolytic, hypnotic, anticonvulsant, amnestic, sedative and skeletal muscle relaxant properties.
Atropine - A tropane alkaloid extracted from Deadly Nightshade. Potentially deadly.
Benadryl - An over the counter allergy medecine.
Acetaminophen - More commonly known as Paracetamol. Used for the relief of fever, headaches and other minor aches and pains.
She was also taking B12 and Human Growth Hormone, a mixture very popular among today's steroid obsessed athletes.
It was not a suicide, not a homicide, Stern is not being investigated for her death, recent surgery was not at fault, and the infection around an injection in her butt was not solely responsible.
It is the sum of everything in her system that killed her.

Britney Spears gave everyone a scare as she was whisked to Century City hospital late Sunday afternoon. The troubled singer was driven there by her entourage and stayed for around an hour before leaving, sparking new fears over her health. On lookers reported Britney ran in through a side entrance, being covered by her bodyguards, and got into the elevator." Before appearing from the lift once again and rushing back to her car. "No one knows what Britney was doing in there," the onlooker said. "There were rumours flying around that she just had a dental appointment at the hospital, but no one can be sure. It could be more serious than that. "She certainly has not been herself lately so anything's possible."
Earlier in the day Britney got a quick bit to eat at the Barefoot Cafe in Beverly Hills before making her way to an 11am church service in Bel Air. She is also understood to have met with her Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor in the afternoon.
