Her fears were quieted when her dancing partner, Jonathan Roberts, although not gay, is happily married. Does Heather Mills think she's such hot sh*t that guys just can't keep their hands off of her? Wynonna Judd's husband, Daniel Roach was arrested at a rehab center in Buffalo Gap, TX on March 22nd for allegedly getting a little touchy feely with a minor. Roach has been at the center seeking treatment for an undisclosed illness/addiction/vacation and now faces three counts of sexual assault on a child. Wynonna has taken matters into her hands and ended the rocky relationship by filing for divorce today.

"I am obviously devastated, our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation,"

After months of breakup rumors, it is finally official, musician James Blunt and super hot model Petra Nemcova have split. "They split in February. It's very amicable," a source close to Blunt tells People magazine. This comes amid other rumors that Blunt has been spotted partying into the wee morning hours at Los Angeles clubs with Lindsay Lohan.

An investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel has begun today in the Bahamas. Daniel died suspiciously of a drug overdose in a Bahamian hospital just days after Anna Nicole gave birth to Dannielynn. After hearing testimony from hospital staff and possibly Larry Birkhead, who knew of Daniel's drug use, a jury could rule his death a homicide and recommend criminal prosecution.
