The Judge is a piece of crap. He was paid off to and took his time to get his 5 days of fame. If you listened to the case on TV the judge already made up his mind before the case even started by comments he made to Vergie and the way he talked to her lawyer (calling him TEXAS). What a jerk. I hope for the love of God that this case be taken a little more seriously than it has been. So far they have turned it into a damn joke. Anna's son, daughter, Mom and others need to be treated with respect and the rule of the real laws need to be enforced. I saw what happened in court yesterday, that slimebag lawyer of Howard K. Stern walked up and snuck the cup that Larry Berkhead was drinking out of. Now they will get Larry's D&A so Howard will no for sure whether Larry is the real dad as he already knows he is not. You know damn well he has had a swab of himself and Danielynn done in the Bahamas. He knows he is not the dad, that's why he is fighting so damn hard. He needs to be in jail. They are doing it in hopes that she will eventually get her body in Texas so she will have a claim in the estate of her late husband, Marshall. They are very high paid attorneys who do not take custody cases. They see dollar signs. As does she. Her claim that Howard drugged her and turned her against her family is just as fruity as she is. Anna went to drug rehab before she ever met Howard. Back when the loving momma was protecting her so fiercly. Yeah right! I don't blame Anna for getting away from that trashy family. I would have too. If it wasn't so pathetic it would be comedic to watch this woman come out suddenly with so much love after she died. Where was she when her grandson died? On TV putting her daughter down but not reaching out to her. I have watched Anna Nicole with Howard on her reality show and I thought then that they had a special bond but I do not know her or him. I do believe that people should give Anna more credit. She chose to have him in her life for more than 10 years and I believe he feels the need to protect her in death as he did in life. I think if he were only after money then he would have gotten that a long time ago if he really had Anna in such a trance. At least the will would be updated.
