R&B star Brandy is not the first Hollywood star to get into strife behind the wheel. Prison Break star Lane Garrison (pictured top right) tested positive for booze and cocaine following a car crash that left a teenager dead. Police think the 26-year-old actor, who was behind the wheel when 17-year-old Vahaghn Setian died, should be charged with vehicular manslaughter as well as DUI. Garrison, who plays Tweener on the hit drama, was driving his Land Rover in Beverly Hills on the night of December 2 when he lost control and ploughed into a tree. His three passengers were rushed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Setian - a high school student - died. Two 15-year-old girls survived and Garrison suffered only minor injuries. The TV star had been twice the legal alcohol limit, under the influence of cocaine and driving above the 25mph speed limit. Chief Snowden revealed Garrison had left a party that night with the teenagers in his car and tried to buy booze at a supermarket."They left one store that turned them down because they won't sell alcohol to anybody after 11pm," he said. "They went to a separate market, purchased alcohol, came back and had the accident." Snowden said Garrison had not yet been arrested and was not in custody because cops wanted to ensure the charges were filed. Setian's parents released a statement thanking the police for their "very thorough investigation of this tragic accident".
