I am so disgusted at the fact that Virgie Arthur filed an appeal. Anna Nicole should be laid to rest beside her son Daniel. I find it very odd on the stand Virgie was ok until they brought up getting paid for her story and then she didn't understand the questions and she appeared to be emotional and kept changing her story. I would like to say Virgie, look in the mirror? Why didn't you try harder as mother? Why did you get on TV and bash your daughter? Could you have not used that opportunity to tell her how much you loved and how proud you were of her? You can't bash someone who's addicted to Rx. I can not believe this. Anna Nicole is Virgie Arthur's Daughter. She was estranged from her mother because she got all caught up in this hollywood lifestyle and was embarresed by her family. She was on drugs and for the last ten years you would have to be a complete idiot not to see it. she lost the Guess Jeans account because she was using drugs. There is one thing I remember from a long time ago when first having a child entering school and it is this ... 'It is better to do the right thing rather than having to be right'. Setting aside all the theatrics the 'right thing' to do at this time is for this woman [now deceased] to be buried with her son, regardless of where that location is - the son being buried by his mother and with that location being her choice. The Judge basically said the same thing when making a comment that the Supreme Court has stated justice is not necessarily about being right but what is 'reasonable'. Anna Nicole Smith is decomposing and it is now her 'loving' mother who is denying this woman [now deceased for over 15 days] the right to be buried - more than likely it is due to self serving reasons. Anna Nicole Smith never considered burial for her son to be in Texas, however other sites were mentioned and now it is this same mother who wants him to be exhumed, as well - her intentions are disgusting, at the very least.

With that said, how is it she [the mother] can even afford not one but a multitude of attorney's in several jurisdictions and too, a now stay at the Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas?

How did Splash come to be overhead as the families went for the viewing - was it lost on anyone that she rode in the car with a representative of Splash?

There can be no doubt that she is looking to profit off the back of her now deceased daughter.

The golden ticket is the child and that fact is not lost on any one of the attorney's involved, who are not doing any of their work pro bono!!!!!

Is is right for the baby to have to travel to some 3rd world country to visit her mom and half brothers grave when she grows up. Hell no, I will answer that for right now.

If you want to know what the Court concluded and why, on the whole, you should read the entire Order - 21 pages long.

It gives great insight towards what the Judge thought of VArthur [esp. with regard to media issues], and of the other parties in making his ruling and issuing the Order of the Court that he did.

The Court took particular note of the videotaped visit [involving Arthur] to Daniel's grave and towards the fact that she testified that she 'did not' discuss the viewing of the body [ANS] with a Splash Media representative 'despite having traveled to the viewing in the journalists vehicle'.

The Order states further ...

'Given the number of persons seated at Arthur's table in the courtroom, the Court finds it curious that it was necessary that a journalist's vehicle was required to take Arthur to the viewing. Indeed, the Court is troubled by the fact that Arthur chose to ride in that particular vehicle less than an hour after agreeing in a telephonic hearing with the Court that she was not to discuss or disclose any of the circumstances and events with any person'.

He questions in his order as to why if having a multitude of persons at her table e.g. attorneys, why did she ride with a representative of Splash to the viewing and as to why she had violated a confidentiality agreement the Court set into place when doing so!

The order is quite specific and interesting - the Judge heard everything and he was not fooled by her tears or motive.

In spite of everything, the Order appears sound and it is doubtful that the ruling will be overturned.

Everyone has a vested interest in Anna Nicole Smith and the only one who does not at this particular time is the minor child [she does not know any better] or her appointed guardian [he is not being paid to act on her behalf].

The Court sites the estrangement in the Order and for the fact that Daniel and the grandmother were not close or in frequent contact.

It appears the Court was 'disturbed' on some level by the fact Arthur intended to exhume Daniel [for what reason?] and transport him to Texas although this would be against ANS's intentions for her own son to be buried where he lies today.

The Court also noted that 'neither dannielynn's father or any other grandparent has made an appearance in these proceedings'.

It refused to go into the issue of paternity and focused on one thing - 'next of kin'.

On page 5 the Court clearly states that Arthur is not the 'next of kin' under FL law.

The Court claims it disregarded the videotape of ANS vilifying her mother and focused mainly its attention on the mother/son relationship - there was no disagreement in this regard.

The bottom line - per Order of the Court - Arthur 'has evident vested interests in obtaining possession of her daughter's remains'.

I can hardly stand to look at this disgusting piece of lard anymore. Go on a trimspa diet, get a make-up lesson and a new Lane Bryant wardrobe. Thank God Anna Nicole didn't get these genetics. Vergie....you are a jealous and opportunistic piece of crap!!!

If Vigie, Anna's so called mother loved her daughter so much, than why can't she see that Anna's body should be put to rest next to her son. I would also like to know has a loving Grandmother, as she has put it, why did she not try to step in before to try and help Danniel before his death when everyone in the world new Anna was on drug??? Imagine how it would feel to have your daughter and grandson buried in another country, where you will need a passport and extra income to visit? Let's face it; Howard Stern will move on with his life and he will have forgotten Anna and Daniel in a few years, while the Mother/Grandmother will not! Daniel could have been moved to Texas as well, so they could have both been buried together where family is near. If Virgie had of been such a bad parent, why did Anna leave Daniel with her to be raised by her for so many years? Anna turned away from her family, the family continued to love her anyway.
