It looks like Dr. Sandeep Kapoor could be getting a phone call from the LAPD/ATF/FDA/ABMS/FBI and even the NCAA for a prescription for methadone discovered by TMZ. The methadone pills were prescribed to a Michelle Chase, an alias of Smith's and according to California law it is illegal to prescribe a controlled substance to a false name. The methadone was then sent from a Los Angeles pharmacy to Vicky Marshall, Smith's real name, in the Bahamas. This occurred on August 25, 2006, which is 13 days before Smith gave birth to Dannielynn and 16 days before the death of her son, Daniel. Methadone has been implicated in the death of Daniel and was found in Anna Nicole's Bahamian fridge. The former nanny of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Quethlie Alexis, accused the dead star of neglecting her child by demanding that the newborn be underfed to make her look "sexy."

Ms Marshall was obsessed with making sure that her baby was 'sexy,' the document states. She repeatedly told me that she wanted her baby to be 'sexy.' The practical consequence of this obsession was that I was absolutely instructed to underfeed the baby. Mr Marshall knew perfectly well, as I did, that the correct amount of baby food for Dannielynn was 3oz every 3 hours. "But Ms Marshall insisted that the maximum feed I was to give was 2.5oz. She enforced this regime by making sure the baby monitor was kept on all the time so that she could hear when I started a feed and could question me about it. "Thee result was is that Dannielynn is badly underweight and not thriving as a baby should.

Dude...trying to make a 5-month-old "sexy" is John Mark Karr territory. Alexis goes on to claim that she witnessed two suicide attempts by Smith and was once threatened that she would be shot if the child ever called her "mommy."

On two occasions during my employment Ms Marshall attempted to commit suicide. On the first occasion she drank in my presence an entire bottle of what I believed to be a liquid sleeping aid. In any event the consequence was that Ms Marshall was in an unrousable coma for 48 hours. When she recovered she was very sick and ill with diarrhea and I asked her why she had drunk the liquid. She replied 'I wanted to die - I meant to kill myself. "Very shortly after this Ms Marshall was taken outside by Mr Howard K Stern and Mo, her security guard, and placed on the patio chair by the pool. It went very quiet after a while and I asked where she was and Ms Marshall was found in the swimming pool. She had tried to drown herself." The nanny said that she was left puzzled by a comment made by Anna Nicole's boyfriend when he pulled her out of the pool. "She was, after a worrying length of time, pulled up from the bottom of the pool by Mr Howard Stern, who said to Ms Marshall, in my presence the rather odd remark that "... if anything happens to you, I would go to jail."

Heather Mills, the woman that has gone from being almost royalty (being married to a Beatle is pretty damn close) to being fired from Peta and spouting off at the media for not taking her side popped off at a London Paparazzi yesterday.
